Shipping & Handling Policy
As each item is handmade, variations in size and color may occur. These "accidental" effects are seen as part of the charm of Japanese pottery, and we have done our best to capture them in our photos. Please refer to our specifications before purchasing a piece. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our "Return Policy."
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states; We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. For international orders, see below.
Most packages will be sent, insured, via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. Shipping prices are based on USPS Priority Mail standards. Please allow up to ten business days to receive your package.
You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date. If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.
Gallery Iwasa cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.
Our handling fee assists us to help cover the cost of our shipping materials (e.g. boxes, packing materials, and labels) to protect your items. It also helps us compensate for our time in preparing and packaging our particularly delicate items.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal only.
For international orders, we accept Pay Pal.

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days (21 days for international orders) of the original purchase date. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed.
Before returning a product, please make sure that:
The product was purchased within the last 14 days (or 21 days days for international orders)
The product is in its original condition and packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Gallery Iwasa. Be sure to insure all items to be refunded.
We package our products very carefully to avoid any damage, but breakage may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
